Back in June, the @AlabamaMBB twitter account got a lot of hype from this tweet showing the team working out in Deontay Wilder's boxing gym. Hopefully a little boxing goes a long way to shake up the monotony of summer workouts and builds a little extra toughness as well.
What other non-basketball activities do you think would be helpful to a team? First that comes to mind for me is Kobe Bryant always citing how soccer helped with his footwork.
